Mr. Reardon has directly supervised more than 35 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and warehouse construction in the continental USA. EXXCEL Project Management is licensed to do business in 38 US states with region building programs in Columbus, Arizona, Texas and Florida. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Target Construction Company and Chief Operating Officer of Target, Marriott, Reardon Co. He possesses extensive experience in all technical and managerial aspects associated with the development and construction of warehouses, manufacturing, retail and office facilities and he is nationally recognized as an expert in his field. Ken Ackerman one of the founders of the Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC), and former owner of what is today known as Excel Logistics USA recognizes Doug Reardon in many of his books on warehousing, as a leading authority on warehouse design and construction process. Warehousing Tips, by Ken Ackerman, quotes Doug Reardon on pages 106 and 131. The book, Warehousing profitability, also by Ken Ackerman, again makes use of Doug Reardon and EXXCEL's Knowledge and expertise on pages 358 through 365.
