On Thursday October 30, 1997 the
company began pouring the floor of the
approximately 300,000 square foot
building, but was only able to complete
31,000 square feet before being stopped
by rain.
The Project had to be postponed due to
fog that was "So intense that the lasers on
equipment couldn't work". In addition to
the fog "the weather forecast showed no
improvement", further complicating the situation.
